In loving memory of Pam.  She was a much loved wife, mother, grandma, great grandma, sister, auntie and friend to many.  She will be sorely missed by all those whose lives she touched and forever in our hearts.

She celebrated her sixtieth wedding anniversary on 3 March, sadly passing peacefully away at the Heart of Kent Hospice a few days later.

We cannot thank the staff at Heart of Kent hospice enough for the wonderful, kind and thoughtful care they took of Pam and the family in her final week. 

In lieu of flowers we would ask for donations to be made to the Heart of Kent hospice in memory of Pam. So other families can have the same care for their loved ones as we did for Pam....xxx
